When you inquire about a piece, 5th Ave & Co. stores your name, email, optional phone number, message and the item you selected or the piece, budget and timeframe you request to respond and manage your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
We also measure product page views, inquiry opens and copy-link clicks, with campaign labels and general referral sources when available. Analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number or message. These measurements do not use advertising cookies. Referral and campaign labels may be kept in session storage while you browse. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings for optional activity tracking.
Our hosting provider processes requests to operate the website. When email alerts are enabled, our email delivery provider processes inquiry details to notify us so we can respond. Short-lived request counters help prevent spam. Customer inquiries are accessible only through our protected owner inbox.
